This set of early readers in Spanish is designed to help kids learn to read in Spanish.  Each book was written directly in Spanish and focuses on one sound/phoneme per book, loosely based on the natural order of acquisition of phonemes in Spanish. This is NOT a translation from English. There are some tricky words that support the stories. The stories are meant to be sweet and/or humorous to keep kids engaged. They give kids that sense of pride of reading a whole book. The books increase in length and complexity throughout the series. These are great readers for homeschool families, dual language teachers, and Spanish teachers that are in the beginning phases of teaching kids how to actually read in Spanish. 
 
There are 7 books in the set, the last 2 are in 2 parts.
 
Two formats are included:
-Foldable mini-books designed to be printed, cut and folded and look like tiny books. 
-Flat 1-2 page panels with the exact same mini-pages as the foldable book. This format is meant for print and go purposes.
